With the funds raised, The Good for Something Foundation supports families in North Carolina in various ways, with our primary focus being on securing affordable housing for those in need. The foundation leverages its extensive network to acquire land and negotiate discounted construction costs to build and provide affordable housing.

Our long-term goal is to expand by developing multi-family housing units. We aim to partnering with local leaders and community stakeholders to build affordable apartment complexes designed to support individuals and families in need. These apartments will offer little to no rent, ensuring that the most vulnerable members of our community have access to safe and affordable housing. We strive to ma
